Who we are
Dhansu is a trading name of one8nine. A house in Downtown Islamabad, Islamabad, Pakistan. We cook and deliver prepaid weekday lunches. This policy covers getdhansu.com and the WhatsApp messages we send the households we cook for.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
- Your delivery address, a landmark if you add one, and your sector and city.
- How many people you are ordering for, which plan you chose, and which days you skip.
- The screenshot you send to confirm a bank or wallet payment, and the amount and reference on it.
- Feedback you leave about a lunch.
- If you are outside our delivery area: your name, number, email, city and area, so we can tell you when we reach you.
Why
To cook the right number of lunches, deliver them to the right gate, confirm your payment, and message you about your lunches: the day's dish, your skips, your credits and your renewals. Nothing else. We do not use your details for advertising and we never sell them.
Who sees it
- The rider sees your name, address, landmark and number, because he is bringing you lunch.
- The kitchen sees your order and your payment confirmation.
- Our hosting and database provider stores the data on our behalf. When card payments are live, the payment provider handles your card details directly and we never see them.
How long
While you are with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards so your account and any credits can be restored if you come back. Payment screenshots are kept only as long as the payment record needs them.
Cookies
The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. One login cookie is set only for kitchen staff who sign in to operate the service.
Your choices
Message us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your details ends any active plan, and we refund what is due under the refund policy.
Children
Reservations are made by adults on behalf of their household.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, every household hears about it on WhatsApp before it takes effect.
